Bali and food go together like sea and sand. So what better way to discover the island than through its cuisine? On this private culinary tour, you'll hit the marketplace and help pick fresh ingredients, before learning to cook like a local with a professional chef.
First up is a trip to a typical Balinese village market. As you pass by the numerous stalls, you'll get to know the scents and aromas of the freshest produce. Your expert guide will introduce you to exotic fruits, vegetables and spices exclusive to Balinese cuisine.
Once your basket is full, it's time to head over to the kitchen where the cooking begins. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you'll prepare a feast of typical dishes. After working up an appetite, you'll get to taste and savour the meal you've prepared for lunch.
