Enjoy a tasting experience with olive oil experts in one of the oldest and most original large farms in Puglia: Masseria Valente.
Participating in this activity, you'll be able to walk among millenary olive trees, before discovering the hypogeum and the epigeal oil mill. You'll also learn more about the evolution of the farming world in the last century's Puglia by visiting the adjoining Museum of Peasant Civilization.
