Accessibility:

Due to conditions inside the Duomo (463 steps and fairly narrow), wheelchairs, those with limited mobility, and anyone with claustrophobia cannot be accommodated on this tour
Children under 7 years cannot join the tour

You may be asked to go through security on this tour
Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside the Duomo
Shoes with heels and flip-flops are prohibited inside the Cathedral
This is a walking tour. You should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure
