Discover Florence market and taste dishes from its rich and lesser-known food tradition!

Your experience will take place in the Sant'Ambrogio market area, full of delicatessens, greengrocers, butchers and bakeries. Stop at the colorful stands to taste cold cuts, fresh products and lampredotto, the local rotisserie specialty. You will also have the chance to sample “coccoli” (bread dough) with stracchino cheese, black croutons and tomato soup paired with local wines. Along the way, your local guide will tell you more about the Florentine popular cuisine, show you some artisan shops and point out artistic and architectural details that normally go unnoticed. Your tour will end with a seasonal dessert, ice cream or the timeless “cantucci” with Vin Santo.
