Get carried away with the stories behind the facts. Your guide will bring the ruins to life and will show you things you would easily miss on by yourself.

Your discovery tour starts with a walk in the Forum Romanum. See the Curia of Senate, the last resting place of Julius Caesar and the Via Sacra, a Roman roadway in which you can still recognize the cart tracks.

Next you will see by the perfectly preserved temple of Antoninus and Faustina and the Arch of Titus. Walk up Palatine hill passing the Horti Farnesiani, a rain cave and secret gardens. The view on Rome from the Palatine is extraordinary.

Your will finish the tour with a visit to the Colosseum where your guide will tell you all about the brave gladiators, lion fights, naval wars, and executions. “Those who are about to die greet you”.
