Learn how to make 2 different types of fresh pasta from scratch: the famous FETTUCCINE and a truly traditional kind of pasta, i MALTAGLIATI, literally “badly cut”.
Starting with eggs and flour, your chef instructor will guide you step by step until you end up having your pasta made by hand! After the lesson you can sit with your fellow. You can share comments and suggestions while tasting your bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil, waiting for your creations to be served to you with a sauce of your choice. Conclude your meal with our famous limoncello.
