What to expect
During this shared cooking class, held in a tiramisu shop laboratory, you'll delve into the world of Italian gelato and tiramisu. You'll learn the importance of choosing quality fresh ingredients.
Put your apron on and get ready to work! The chef will teach you how to bake your own savoiardo (lady finger cookie), how to prepare the cream and how to make your own gelato.
At the end of the cooking class, you’ll take home samples of your gourmet creations. The chef will give you the recipes, so you can make gelato and tiramisu at home when you return.
