What to expect

The Ballo Tiepolo® is set in the cultural heart of Venice: La Fenice Theatre, specifically in the halls historically dedicated to dance and entertainment, the Apollonian Halls.

You will be welcomed by a rich aperitif in the foyer of the theatre followed by a dinner in the Apollonian Halls (Main and Side Apollonian Halls). During the evening the Classical Orchestra will create a lovely atmosphere together with the opera singers, dancers and the various performers. The menu, created by a chef, will present fish dishes. After dinner, the Grand Ball will begin in the foyer of the theatre. There, the Dance Master with his partner will involve the guests in the historical dances of the European courts.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

Premium ticket: Admission with dinner in the Main Apollonian Hall, without costume rental

Option 1: Admission and category standard costume rental

Option 2: Admission and category superior costume rental

Options 1 and 2 include a seated dinner in the Main Apollonian Hall.

Entrance ticket: Admission with dinner in the Side Apollonian Hall, without costume rental

Option 3 : Admission and category standard costume rental

Option 4: Admission and category superior costume rental

Options 3 and 4 include a seated dinner in the Main Apollonian Hall.

All the costumes are designed and made by hand in Venice.

Important to know

Know in advance:

At check-out, you will be asked if any food allergies and/or intolerances. You may also specify if you need a vegetarian menu

Any requests for changes to the menu during the evening will not be guaranteed

Ticket option 1 and 3 with standard category costume rental: period costumes inspired by the European fashion of the 1700s and 1800s with quality fabric and trimming. Unique models, not mass-produced

Ticket option 2 and 4 with superior category costume rental: more elaborate and rich period costumes inspired by the fashion of the European courts of the 1700s and 1800s, with fine fabric, elaborate embroidery, Venetian pearls and high-quality details. Unique models, not mass-produced

Entrance without costume rental is the Premium and Entrance ticket options. Still, please note, it is compulsory to come dressed in period costume

All costume rentals must be returned the following morning by 11.00am. If serious damages to the costumes are made, extra charges will apply

Costume rentals do not include accessories such as masks, hats, wigs, and capes, which are extras, but not mandatory to enter the party
