Important to know

Not allowed:

Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. The local operator cannot be held responsible even if you hide your pregnancy and end up in a physical condition

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

The local operator recommends purchasing Anshin Pack (insurance) for ¥550 (tax included) per person on-site

Know in advance:

There will be fewer choices for adult kimonos if your hip size exceeds 130cm
Children must be over 70cm tall and be 12 years old or younger to be counted as a child
Return time of the rented items is 5:00PM, closing time of the store is 6:00PM
Please adhere to the return time. If the item is not returned within business hours without contacting the local operator, they will close the store without waiting for the item to be returned. If you return the item the next day, you will be charged a late fee equal to the dressing fee
If you are late in returning the item, you will be charged 1,100 yen/30 minutes per person
If you return the item the next day, you have to pay a deposit of ¥1,100 (tax included) and ¥10,000 (¥50,000 for furisode). If not returned within the next day, the deposit of ¥10,000 will not be refunded
If kimono or accessories (bags, etc.) are soiled or damaged when you return them, you will be charged a fee of ¥3,000~ per 20㎡ for stains, and a fee of ¥10,000 for damage
Luggage storage is for free, but please take care of your valuables yourself. The store is not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, water leakage, etc. of these items
If more than 20 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled
If 10 minutes over, customers who arrive on time will be served first. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the date of use
Payment is done once the reservation is completed, so if cancellation due to customer convenience, the local operator will refund the amount minus the handling fee. If due to their convenience, they will refund the full amount
Changes to the date of use are accepted
