What to expect

Experience Japanese culture in a fun authentic way.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to change into a kimono, you may wear the kimono over your clothes. Then, enjoy an explanation of sword fighting as you change clothes and warm up. Learn all about Samurai manners (sitting, standing, bowing), sword drawing, sheathing and kata practice.

Practice standing and fighting against multiple opponents. And to wrap up the day, you'll film a cool stand-up routine in a setting similar to a scene from a period drama, where you'll become a samurai hero!

Each participant can also take video, feel free to take pictures with your own camera! The experience ends with a commemorative photo.

Important to know

Know in advance:

If you take a cab from Asakusa or Ueno, the local operator will pay up to 1,000 yen. Please bring your cab receipt
Children under 5 years old can join for free. Please indicate the total number of participants at checkout and communicate the ages of the children in your group after booking. You'll find the supplier's contact details on your voucher
