Accessibility:
- Children under 5 years old are not recommended to enter the hot springs
Not allowed:
- Participants over the age of 64 years
- Participants with tattoos are not be permitted to use public hot spring baths in Japan
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- If you need to bring luggage, please note the size and number on the order. Each piece of luggage costs ¥2,000. Please hand it over to the tour guide on the day of travel
Know in advance:
- This tour runs with a minimum of four participants. If there are less than four people, you will be notified to cancel or reschedule
- Children aged 3 and above need to buy tickets at the same price as adults. Children under 3 years old also need to buy tickets in case they need to occupy a seat

- Please note that your ticket doesn't include any food or drinks but you'll be able to buy food and drinks during the tour at your own expense
