The ultimate chef's recommended course (option 1) is a culinary journey that begins with two types of appetizers, followed by a harmonious blend of Kuroge wagyu beef sashimi and salmon roe. You'll then be treated to A5 rank Kuroge wagyu beef sushi and special beef tongue. The course continues with two kinds of rare parts from A5 ranked Kuroge wagyu beef, lean meat, beef harami, premium Kuroge wagyu kalbi, pork shoulder loin, Hachinosu or chicken seseri. The meal concludes with Kuroge wagyu beef Unimaki, truffle mashed potatoes with homemade balsamic vinegar sauce, grilled A5 Kuroge wagyu sirloin sukiyaki and a bite of beef stew rice.
Alternatively, the special chef's recommended course (option 2) offers similar delights but includes marinated meat and herb-grilled pork fillet instead of Unimaki. Lastly, the standard chef's recommended course (option 3) features a selection of appetizers, A5 rank Kuroge wagyu beef sushi, beef tongue, a rare part of A5 rank Kuroge wagyu beef, pork rib, lean meat, harami, Kuroge wagyu kalbi, pork shoulder loin, Hachinosu or chicken seseri, marinated meat, grilled A5 Kuroge wagyu sirloin sukiyaki and a bite of beef stew rice.
