Enjoy a day full of action in Isla Mujeres, the adventure begins in the Cancun marina where you'll board the catamaran to Isla Mujeres around 10.00 am, during the tour, you can enjoy unlimited drinks along with music, sun, and Caribbean wind. Snorkel in the open sea, where you'll find marine life and a bunch of tropical fish. Relax in a beautiful beach club located in Playa Norte. You'll also taste a delicious buffet meal and drinks included. After lunch, you'll have free time to explore the center of the island on your own. At the end, you'll board the catamaran to join a great party and wonderful views of the colorful Caribbean Sea and return to the marina around 05.00 pm to be transferred back to your hotel.

The trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we were told we would have automatic refund. This was on Thursday we flew back on the Friday night and arrived home on Saturday and have had no communication or refund

No marked vehicle on pick up. No "luxury" catarman. Beach club was dirty and food inedible. Rushed. Taken to a jewelery store to be sold too. Constantly harassed by "uncle" at market stalls. Felt uneasy unsafe. No seat belt on transport back. I have made a complaint. I want a refund. Shocking trip.

The food stop was unsanitary, and there was no water to flush toilets or wash hands. Snorkeling wasn’t even mentioned. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and below basic standards. TUI should reconsider partnering with such providers—this tour was a disappointing reflection on their brand.

The whole day was well organised The team on the catamaran were awesome. Andrea was the star of the day, great tour guide and friendly. Our glass was never empty and the team couldn’t do enough for us all We really enjoyed the free time on the island and the swim in the crystal blue sea Amazing day

Alles prima geregeld en een leuke dag gehad. Snorkelen is leuk maar meer voor verkoeling dan de onderwaternatuur. Isla Mujeres is een mooi eiland echter bestaat de noordkant vooral uit heel veel dezelfde souvenierwinkeltjes en ruikt het veel naar benzine door de vele golfkarretjes.
