You'll start the day with a colourful walk through a local market. Amidst the vibrant chaos, you'll handpick the freshest ingredients, as well as try some local, exotic fruits – the perfect introduction to authentic Mexican flavours.
Then, you'll head by public bus to a local family home, where you'll step into the kitchen to learn how your ingredients come together to create magic. Learn the ropes of balancing the bold flavours that make Mexican dishes sing, with three different dishes to prepare for lunch.
