What to expect

Begin your experience at Mexico's famed Museum of Anthropology, the most important museum of its kind in Latin America as it holds the largest collection of Mesoamerican pre-Hispanic art in the world. Walkthrough the most relevant rooms and get the most important facts in a 2-hour tour, where you can also see the most famous pieces of the museum as "The Sun Stone", the mask of King Pakal and the Coatlicue.

Continue to the second point of interest, the famous Templo Mayor, for this you will board with your guide the Metrobus to the historic center until you reach the famous Alameda park, the oldest urban park in the Americas, along the walk, enjoy a panoramic tour of the most emblematic buildings such as the Palace of Fine Arts, the Palacio Postal, the Palacio de Iturbide, the Casa de los Azulejos and Madero Street.

After touring part of the historic center you will arrive at the Templo Mayor museum, a place where Pre-Hispanic Mexico and colonial Mexico meet at a glance because in the same place you can admire the archaeological remains of the ancient Mexica temple and on the other side the emblematic cathedral, a legacy of the colonial era.

You will visit the most important sites of the Templo Mayor accompanied by your expert guide, you will know the ancestral monolith of Coyolxauhtli, the monolith of Tlaltecuhtli, and the latest discoveries concerning the altar Huey Tzompantli, plus a visit to the windows of history located in the streets surrounding the site.
