Welcome aboard the traditional wooden Åfjordsboat Frøya!
The boat is sailed by a team of passionate local captains and guides, who will take you on an unforgettable journey on the beautiful Trondheimsfjord. You will circle around the island of the monks "Munkholmen" with its majestic fortress and enjoy a magnificent view onto the wide horizon and the snow covered mountains in the distance. You will also have a unique oportunity to see the city skyline from the fjord as you sail through beautiful nature accompanied by the sound of the waves and seabirds.
Important to know
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes ahead of the departure time
- This tour operates with a maximum of 12 people
- Dressing according to the weather is recommended as this is an outdoor experience
- The tour runs rain or shine as long as the conditions are safe. Warm blankets are available on board for your comfort
- In case the tour won't run due to extreme weather conditions, minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed in advance and you will receive an option to reschedule or a full refund
- This private tour can be cancelled up to 1 week before departure with a full refund (potential transaction fees may be deducted). For cancellations less than 1 week before departure 50% of the price can be refunded (potential transaction fees may be deducted). Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged the full price. Cancellations should be in writing
