What to expect
Enjoy a two-hour surf or bodyboard lesson in the Lisbon waters! These lessons are perfect for both first-timers and special trainings to improve your technique.
You'll receive an initial assessment where the trainer will explain the main characteristics of the training session and define your level. Be prepared to enjoy yourself and develop new skills!
Important to know
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back or heart problems and non-swimmers
- The minimum age is 6 years old and the maximum age is 65 years old
- Please bring your swimwear, towel, sunscreen, water and snacks
- Please note that you must be confident to swim in the ocean waves and that surfing is a sport that requires a good level of physical fitness
- This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather or sea conditions, in that case, you will be able to reschedule your experience or to receive a full refund
