In the western part of São Miguel Island lies the parish of Sete Cidades, situated in a volcanic caldera on the shores of the famous Blue and Green Lake. The calming waters of this lake make it the ideal place for your first Stand-Up Paddle experience.

Then the activity will begin with a fun warm-up game before paddling into the water, where the real excitement and adventure starts. Your guide will not only teach you essential paddling and balancing skills but will also provide an emotional and enjoyable experience.
