Here you can learn about the history of this humble folk shoe that has evolved into a major fashion trend. You'll find out the deepest secrets of this wonderful tradition. Together with master artisans, you'll craft your own pair of espadrilles. Handpicking out of more than 100 thousand different combinations, you'll choose the size of the base, the stitching style and the colour and type of the laces. Once done, you'll learn the different ways to lace them up.

In the end, when you put on your espadrille creation, you will feel like a true artisan. You'll get a wearable memory of Barcelona (one that is hardly available to visitors) and a really cool story to tell.
