Not allowed:
- with the exception of guide dogs, which must be accompanied by an official document, no other animals are allowed
Know in advance:
- this ticket is only valid for the day and time selected
- children under 5 years old have free admission
- Madridista card holder must present the card at the entrance to the tour
- please note that this is not a guided tour, so there is no guide
- the ticket includes a visit to the entire Real Madrid Museum, only valid for the day and time selected as well. Please note that access to the museum will be limited using capacity control. Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, the Organisation will request it from you when you leave to control capacity
- the stadium is still under renovation, so the turf may be removed from the pitch when you visit, and possibly areas you can access may be limited to a panoramic view of the stadium, and the store
- due to the various events that are held at the stadium, the route and timings of the visit may vary
- opening hours from Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm; on Sundays and public holidays 9.30am-6.30pm
