Also, in case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will instead be cancelled, without the possibility of a refund, if the delay is greater than 15 minutes
During winter, tuk-tuks will have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind

You'll be picked up and dropped off inside the “APK2 Arjona” parking (subterranean), whose entrance is located at 746 Puente Cristo de la Expiración. Please note there is no actual number 746 in Puente Cristo de la Expiración, but when looking for it on a map, it will indicate the exact place where the access ramp to the parking is. Once inside, you'll find the meeting point in front of the parking office and the Sixt Car rental shop. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time. In case of need, you can contact the local tour operator.
