Arriving at the Paseo de la Pechina Nº 32 to collect your bike, you'll find friendly and informative staff to assist. You'll receive the bike, a safe parking lock, and a helmet.

You can scan a QR code to get a map of Valencia with the updated bike path network, city information, and you'll have the chance to ask questions. Then, you'll be well-equipped to be on your way to your quest.

Important to know

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

A supplement for an optional e-bike is to be paid on-site and is only available for those with a height of 1,50m or more. The supplement costs €20 per day / per ebike

Know in advance:

The child bike is only suitable for those under 1,50m. The bike hire is by height instead of by age
All bikes must be brought back to where collected in Paseo de la Pechina at the end of the day (closing time)
For rentals that go beyond 1 day, the ebikes must also come back each night to be stored and charged in the local operator's facilities
The rental is subject to favourable weather conditions. If there is light rain, you'll be offered the option to either use ponchos or book the activity for another available day

Cancellation policy

Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the experience begins., Receive a 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 hours before the experience begins.
