Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.

Know in advance:
- Enjoy a more intimate experience with a private. (1 professional instructor per maximum 5 people)
- For the private class, in some cases the local operator might need to ask you to reschedule to a different timing, depending on availability
Remember to bring:
- Comfortable shorts/sports outfit as you will move a lot
- Your hand wraps if you'd like to use some. Otherwise, hand wraps are available for sale on the spot at 390 THB/person or for rent at 50 THB.
