Boston North End guided food tour

Free cancellation
Place: Boston
Duration: 2 hours
Language: English
Mobile voucher accepted

Do this because

  • Take in the history of one of the most influential churches of the American Revolution
  • Walk past some of the most historic locations in Boston’s oldest neighborhood
  • Take in the tastes and smells of a traditional salumeria, a generations-old bakery and a family-run pastry shop
  • Relax with your local guide, Italian-style, and enjoy one of the best cups of cappuccino or espresso in Boston

What to expect

Your tour will begin at the Boston Harbor with a walk through a scenic waterfront park with amazing views. Then, you'll make your way to the heart of the North End. Your guide will introduce you to a small, hidden Italian bakery serving up fresh bread daily.

A proper Italian salumeria is next, where you’ll have a chance to enjoy some Italian meats and cheeses. Next up, you'll get to take a break in Hanover Street at a traditional Italian café. As you let the caffeine kick in, your guide will take you back in time into North End history with stories about some of the most influential events that happened in Boston.

You'll then head to the Old North Church, where you may get to step inside for a quick visit. Last but not least, it's time for a taste of pizza and some samples of the best Italian pastries.
