Important to know
Not suitable for:
- No children, toddlers or infants (ages 0-6 years) on this tour. Please note that there are no exceptions
- Unfortunately, wheelchairs are not accessible on this tour. The terrain is not wheelchair accessible
Not allowed:
- It's not allowed for children (age 7+) to sit in their parents' laps. Car seats or boosters cannot be installed either
- No service animals or pets of any kind are allowed on this tour. No exceptions are possible
- Non-transparent bags are NOT allowed. Clear/transparent bags are allowed on the tour only (the local supplier is not responsible for any theft, stolen property or any damage)
Know in advance:
- Make sure to arrive at the check-in point 45 minutes before the tour departure time
- This tour operates according to Arizona time zone (Phoenix - Mountain standard time zone)
- There are no restrooms available in the canyon. Please use the restrooms at the local supplier's store before the tour
