- please note that a late/early surcharge per hour applies from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am: 7 USD for Car, 8 USD for Van and 10 USD for Bus. You can pay the surcharge directly to the driver
- please note that there is a surcharge for transfers lasting longer than 1 hour, this is charged per additional hour: 7 USD for Car, 8 USD for Van and 10 USD for Bus. The surcharge can be paid directly to the driver

- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: pick-up date & time, number of pax, pick-up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes; for Domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
