- While booking, you can only select 2 passengers
- The price for 1 or 2 passengers is the same. If you are alone please proceed by booking for two passengers as well
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- The driver may be Vietnamese speaking only
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
