Day 1: Be welcomed by your guide upon your arrival on board

Day 2: Visit the Valley of the Kings and learn why it was once called the “Place of Truth” and the mighty kings who once lay there in stone sarcophagus, awaiting immortality. You’ll get to enter three of its 63 royal tombs. Then, explore the temple of Hatshepsut, rising out of the desert and hear how, in 1876, the greatest mummy find in history was made. On your way back, admire the staggering Colossi of Memnon

Day 3: Explore the temple of Horus at Edfu and discover the hieroglyphics that tell the story of Osiris, Horus, Isis, and Seth

Day 4: Visit Aswan High Dam built to protect Egypt from the Nile annual floods, the Unfinished Obelisk shows how ancient Egyptians used to cut these vast pieces of obelisks from granite quarries plus the breathtaking Philae Temple for Goddess Isis. Spend evening time sailing around the fascinating Nile Islands of Aswan with a visit to the botanical garden on Kitchener’s Island

Day 5: Optional tour of Abu Simbel Temple

Day 6: Visit the fascinating temple of Kom Ombo

Day 7: Travel to the Jewel of the Egyptian Temples, Karnak. Explore its spectacular pylons and obelisks, then head to the beautiful Luxor Temple. Optional experience of the Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple.
