- Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time. Chattanooga TN is EST Time Zone
- Please, bring your photo ID and a camera (to catch ghostly pics along the way)
- This tour operates rain or shine. Bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast
- Entrance into each location is included in your ticket
- Drinks and snacks are optional and available for purchase at each location
- Parking is available on the street and free after 6pm. Parking lots are available and more expensive
