Enjoy a 4-course traditional French-European Bistro dinner with a wine pairing, prepared by Martine and Olav, who have years of experience as former owners of a French restaurant. They are not only skilled hosts, but also very accommodating when it comes to attentive to dietary preferences. You will dine in an intimate group and get a unique glimpse into day-to-day life in Amsterdam.
**MENU**
APERITIF & BITES Toast to friendship, House apéritif with selection of Dutch / European bites e.g. rillettes, smoked mackerel on toast, artisanal sausages.
STARTER A fine, fresh, delicious and seasonal dish paired with a glass of good wine, e.g. Provencal fish soup, salad with green lentils and fennel sausage, salade Niçoise, quiche Lorraine, Salmon quiche.
MAIN COURSE Great European dishes paired with a glass of wine, e.g. lamb shanks in red wine with seasonal vegetables, chicken stuffed with mushrooms and sage, daube de boeuf, veal escalopes with risotto alla Milanese, seabass from oven with antiboise.
DESSERT Surprise dessert and dessert wine, e.g. Alsatian fruit tart, pear in red wine with vanilla ice cream, parfait of passion fruits and meringues, etc. Coffee or tea.
