Please note that the group entrance ticket for the Van Gogh Museum dictates that the group must all leave the museum together, therefore it is not possible to remain in the museum on your own after the tour has ended
Only handbags the size of an A4 piece of paper or smaller are allowed in the museum. Larger bags can be stored in the cloakroom, however they are unable to store suitcases, large pieces of luggage etc. If you have bags or luggage with you too large to store, you may be refused entry into the museum
Out of courtesy to other guests, the group is unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Meet your guide next to the Mirroring Cube, which is a large reflective cube sculpture located in between the Van Gogh Museum & Stedelijk Museum. Please do not go to the entrance of the Van Gogh Museum, you must meet your guide at the meeting point. They will be holding a green Walks sign.
