While travelling by minibus, you'll be able to admire rural Bulgaria on route to the Rila Monastery in the pine-carpeted Rila Mountains. After you'll take a self-guided tour of the medieval treasure, with its fresco-coated church, and visit its fascinating museum.
You'll then continue to Boyana Church, near Sofia, to marvel at its spectacular pre-Renaissance frescoes before coming back to the city.

- Entry fees aren't included in the tour's price: admission to the Boyana Church (approximately 5 euros per person) and Rila Monastery Museum (approximately 4 euros per person). Also, the audio guide at the Rila Monastery will have an extra cost of approximately 5 euros per person
- Please note the Boyana Church won't be visitable on the following dates: the 18th of May, the 19th of April, both the 24th and 25th December
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour isn't recommended for those with walking disabilities. Not wheelchair accessible or stroller friendly
