Explore Cairo in a relaxed way and without the stress of planning and organizing your transportation and activities. During this 2-day tour, you'll immerse yourself in the beauty, history and culture of the city as you admire its remarkable monuments.

Day one: start your journey with a scenic drive from your hotel in Hurghada towards Cairo, along the Red Sea coast. Once arrived in Giza, you'll be introduced to the last remaining wonder of the ancient world, the Pyramids. Marvel at these colossal tombs and unearth its secrets before being amazed by the Great Sphinx. Following this, a set lunch awaits you at a local restaurant before checking into your hotel. Later, you'll spend a fun evening of entertainment on the Nile with a dinner cruise. You'll listen to traditional music accompanied by a belly dancer, witness a Tanoora show and enjoy an open buffet dinner.

Day two: you'll leave your hotel and travel towards Salah El-din Citadel, an icon of Cairo that housed Egyptian rulers for nearly 700 years. From there, journey through the fascinating Old Cairo towards the Egyptian Museum. You'll then enjoy a delicious set menu lunch on board a floating restaurant. After lunch, if the weather is good, take the opportunity to experience a Nile felucca tour, rounding off your immersive Cairo adventure.

Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 1000 and EGP 500 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 280 and EGP 140 for children under 12
At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee, which is currently around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice

Know in advance:

The shared tour option is only available on selected dates. The private tour takes place every day. If you're a solo traveller and want to book a private tour, choose the "Private Tour" option (minimum age is 12 years). The 6-people private group is open to a maximum of 15 participants
The tour will be led in English if the minimum number of people for the tour in the other languages is not met
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
Tour duration and pickup time are simply guidelines subject to change due to operational conditions and your hotel location
The Nile felucca tour is subject to weather conditions
