there is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
itinerary is not subject to change, but it may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
in case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded

Meet at the lift entrance to the "Novedades Parking", located at Carrer de Casp 13, 08010, Barcelona, opposite the entrance to the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the lift entrance to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will meet you there to pick you up. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time. In case of need, you can contact the local tour operator.
