After booking, you'll receive 2 separate links to enter the web app. You don't need to download it in advance. After the first log-in, you'll be able to access the app for 8 consecutive days
Make sure your phone, browser and Google Maps are up to date, and don't forget to take care of your internet data

Your own earphones or headphones; the app can also work with your mobile's hands-free speaker (if your phone doesn't support the audio function, you can read the text yourself)
A charged smartphone and a charging cable to charge your mobile in the car; alternatively, a power bank
