You will meet a local family, enjoy a welcome drink, and then start helping them with preparing the meal. If you prefer, you can also just watch and take notes and pictures.
During the experience, you'll discover the hidden flavors of Cape Town and learn about daily life in South Africa. You will have the chance to talk with the host family about anything you would like to know and share some things about yourself and your home country, too. Each meeting is personal, with only your party and the local family.
