Cultural Dining Experience with a Local Family in Jaipur
Embarking on a cultural food adventure, you'll find yourself seated at the dining table of a local family, immersed in a different world. This intimate experience is exclusive to your party and the host family, fostering a personal connection.
Upon arrival and after enjoying your first drink, you'll have the opportunity to assist the family in preparing the meal. Or, if you prefer, you can simply observe, take notes or capture photographs. Just relax and savour the experience.
All host families have at least a basic knowledge of English, providing an avenue for engaging conversations about daily life in their country. Feel free to discuss any topic of interest with your hosts, including sharing insights about your own culture. These exchanges are often fascinating for the local families.

- A minimum of 2 adults is required for this activity
- On the terrace, you’ll find many shoes. It is customary to take off your shoes before entering a house
- Clothes should respect the local culture and not show too much skin
- The local family will invite you to help with the preparations of your meal
- It is recommended to discuss when you or the local family want to take pictures (and/or post them on social media). Most of the time, everyone is fine with it
