The tour promises excitement and comfort, as the power boat “gozzo” is equipped with all the luxuries you could wish for - a sun cover, a fresh water shower, and a spacious sundeck at the bow. Then, explore renowned sites such as Grotta Palazzese, home to an exclusive restaurant; Lama Monachile, a famous natural inlet and stone beach that hosts the annual Red Bull Cliff Diving competition; and the Hermit Island, a spiritual site and sanctuary for the rare Audouin's gull.
Finally, you'll pause for a refreshing swim in the azure waters of Polignano a Mare. Here, you can toast to your adventure with a bottle of Procecco, paired with crunchy taralli, focaccia and olives - iconic flavours of Apulian gastronomy.
