Your driver will pick you up in the morning (transportation might be shared) from the city center of Bologna or from Bologna train station, if you arrive by train.

After leaving Bologna and an approximately 1-hour drive, you will visit a dairy farm to learn about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, from cows to wheels. The visit will be held directly by the producer's staff, so none of your questions will remain unanswered. Enjoy a tasting of different ages of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano after the tour.

Your second stop is a small farm where the family is producing traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for generations. They will show the production process to you and explain all the peculiarities of the Balsamic Vinegar. After the visit, you will be offered an apéritif, a food tasting aimed at exploring various gastronomic pairing of balsamic vinegar and typical local food.

Being in the area, your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. Learn something new about the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, during your free visit to the museum.

At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place in Bologna or to the train station.

Bologna has a good connection with Florence, Padua, Verona, but the local operator highly recommends contacting them before booking your train tickets, since they can advise on the most appropriate train to take. You'll find their email and phone number for contact on your voucher
Please indicate your hotel full address in Bologna for pickup at checkout. After booking, you will receive a separate email from the local operator with the exact time and the confirmation of the pickup location
Indicate any food allergies or intolerances during the booking process, last minute requests can't be accommodated
All visits and tastings will be conducted by the producers' team and might involve other guests; there won't be a private guide accompanying you throughout the day
The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar/storage the temperature can be low even during the summer period
Please be on time for your scheduled pickup, as it's not possible to accommodate late arrivals. No refunds will be possible in such instances
