Finally, step back in time as you discover the 18th-century Palmento (traditional Sicilian winery), one of the largest and best preserved in the area. Still equipped with its large chestnut wood barrels and grape pressing machine dating back to 1790, it's a sight to behold. Conclude your day by relaxing in the courtyard or garden, gazing upon the majestic Etna. It's recommended to come prepared for outdoor walking. Closed-toe shoes are required for the vineyard trail
