It also hosts a Museum that houses a rich collection of costumes and musical instruments as well as a gallery of portraits and busts dedicated to the great musicians of the history. As you tour the theater and museum, you'll get to see just how much work goes into opera productions where some of the best singers in the world have performed for more than 200 years.
A professional guide will lead you to discover the Museum rooms and will tell you facts and anecdotes about great artists such as Verdi and Toscanini, who performed on this important stage. Admire the galleries and the beautiful hall with a crystal chandelier, not to mention the stage itself. With a little luck, you might see the artists!

- The La Scala Opera House is an active theatre, therefore the opening times are subject to the needs of the artistic production. For these reasons the tour may be subject to change or cancellation even at short notice. Please note that the supplier is not responsible for partial or full closures of the museums due to reasons beyond our control.
- Winter season (from November to March): tour in English only every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm
- Summer season: (from April to October) tour in English only every day at 2.30 pm; tour in Spanish - Tuesday and Friday at 3.30 pm, tour in German - Wednseday and Saturday at 3.30 pm; tour in Portuguese - Thursday at 3.30 pm; tour in French - Sunday at 3.30 pm, tour in Italian - Monday at 3.30 pm
