The winery's wines and oil are crafted using traditional methods. They cultivate several indigenous grape varieties, including Cannonau - a red grape native to Sardinia and particularly this area, and Vermentino - a white grape that enjoys international recognition. A portion of the land is also dedicated to growing Merlot grapes. Their wine-making process is natural, involving no filtration and minimal use of sulphites, maintaining levels below those permitted in organic production. You'll taste extra virgin olive oil and wines, paired with typical local delicacies like traditional bread served with cured meats and local cheeses.
