Bags are not permitted inside the Borghese Gallery and will need to be checked in at the cloakroom before the tour to be collected afterward
If you chose the audio guide option when booking, you'll receive your download instructions in the same email that contain your tickets. You must download the application on your smartphone before the tour begins. You'll receive all the details to download the app via mail and/or WhatsApp
The entrance tickets will be sent by e-mail and/or WhatsApp in the late afternoon of the day before the entry date
