Collect your fast-track ticket from the staff and receive a state-of-the-art virtual reality headset to wear throughout your journey. Prepare yourself for a virtual immersion into ancient Rome, nearly 2000 years ago when the Colosseum was at its peak of glory and fame. You'll have the opportunity to virtually traverse three distinct areas: the square, where you can admire the gilded bronze statue of Nero; inside the arena amidst the roar of fierce lions and battling gladiators; and through various corridors of the mysterious underground - typically hidden from tourists - where enslaved people prepare for shows and ravenous animals await their sudden release into the arena.

Once you've completed your virtual exploration, a member of staff will escort you to the entrance of the Colosseum to continue your historical journey at your own pace. If you still have energy left, use the same fast-track ticket to extend your cultural exploration at your leisure in a true open-air museum: the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, home of Romulus, the founder of Rome.
