Want to get your hands dirty? This is the experience for you! You will learn how to cook simple and delicious recipes with the chef to add a taste of Tuscany to your table while tasting our exclusive wines. After the cooking class, the wine expert will teach you the basic information for wine tasting and will explain how wine permeates the culture of this territory.

The experience includes:

• Making homemade pasta or cookies or gelato or another recipe. Recipes are chosen by our chef according to the season

• Lunch or dinner with the food you prepared in addition to the normal courses

• Appetizers: Tuscan crostini, tomato crostini, sausage crostini

• First course: homemade pasta with ragu sauce

• Second course: filet or steak

• Dessert: Cantuccini and tiramisù
