- Skip-the-line tickets to Hofburg include timed entry so you don't have to wait in line for your tickets. Admission is for the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments
- Be aware that the corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, so you'll need to stay close to the guide
- There is free entry to the palace courtyards, Heldenplatz and Burggarten
- The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer and autumn
- In case of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), the gardens will be excluded from the itinerary for the safety of the guests. From 08.11 to 06.01, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead
