Full-Day Asahiyama Zoo, Biei and Ningle Terrace Guided Tour

Know in advance:

• The entrance fees of Asahiyama Zoo and Shikisai-no-oka are included
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pickup point at 7.45 am. If you are late or unable to join the tour due to your own reasons, you will have to bear the corresponding losses
• The minimum number of participants is 4. If this number is not reached, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date
• Children under 3 years old can be seated on an adult's lap for free, or occupy a seat at the adult price. Please notify the presence of a child in the "Additional Comments" field at checkout. You will be contacted by the local provider one day before your trip to confirm the arrangement
• Please write your language preference between English, Japanese or Chinese in the "Additional Comments" field at checkout
• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made one day before departure (6.00 pm local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not. You will be notified by email at any time
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary of each attraction or the duration of stay will be adjusted. The itinerary in the description is for reference only and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid planning events that night
• Please understand that the local provider is not responsible for any failure to participate in the tour or poor quality of photos due to force majeure factors such as transportation, weather, etc.
• No refund will be made if the tour is abandoned due to personal reasons
