the pick up counter is located in the Terminal 1, 2F Access Plaza "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 7 am - 8 pm
you can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details after booking.
you will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
if you use more than 3GB in one day you may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
