When it comes to alcoholic beverages, you can savour Japanese whisky, rare spirits from the 1800s personally sourced by the proprietor, and seasonal organic fruit cocktails that are truly one-of-a-kind. The food menu features homemade additive-free organic dishes and a selection of chocolates crafted by the owner.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box. Option 1: Brandy tasting course paired with homemade chocolates which includes LHERAUD 1970, Ordonneau Borderies, Pierre Ferrand 1962, Pichon Baron 50, DuPont 45 51%, homemade organic chocolate, homemade raisin butter, Option 2: World-class "Yamazaki" and other Japanese whisky tasting course which includes Yamazaki drinks from around the world (3 types: non-vintage), 12 year old, limited edition, popular Chichibu Distillery Leaf Series 3 types, homemade shrimp deer jerky, organic cream erica, Option 3: Seasonal cocktail tasting course which includes organic martini, organic Old Fashioned, organic gin and tonic, 3 types of seasonal organic fruit cocktails, organic nuts lightly roasted over charcoal, homemade organic raisin butter.
