Columbia Icefield full-day adventure tour from Calgary
Enjoy a full-day trip to the Canarian Rockies and Jasper National Park from Calgary to discover the biggest National Park in Canada in a unique way!
Cross the Icefield Parkway, one of Canada's national treasures and most rewarding destinations. The road stretches for 232km (144mt) through the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks World Heritage Site, and during the tour, you will have the chance to admire a vast wilderness of pristine mountain lakes, ancient glaciers, and broad sweeping valleys.
Reach Bow Lake, the headwaters of the Bow River that runs south through the city of Calgary and onto the Oldman River ultimately to Hudson Bay. Here you can choose to add an additional activity to your tour, exploring the Athabasca Glacier in a Snocoach, a giant ice explorer. Admire the milky-blue color of the Peyto Lake waters and get to the Crowfoot Glacier, named after its shape when was discovered.
Return to Calgary and arrive around 20.00h (8pm).

- sightseeing points and stop times are subject to weather condition
- if the closure of any sightseeing point occurs, it will be replaced by other points
- please be ready at the meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time
- check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature can drop dramatically at night
